Gianni Ciolli EDB
Gianni Ciolli is Vice President at EDB, specializing in highly available distributed architectures. Before EDB and 2ndQuadrant, he worked at the University of Florence as a researcher in Mathematics. Gianni has been using Free Software for almost 30 years. As a member of the Italian PostgreSQL User Group (ITPUG), he helped organize the first European PGDay in Prato, Italy (2008), and many editions of the the Italian PGDay. He is an author of 6 editions of the PostgreSQL Administration Cookbook.
